William R. “Bill” Spalding
Over the course of his career, Bill has served in leadership roles at a number of high-growth organizations, including President and Chief Executive Officer of 21st Century Oncology Holdings, Inc., Chief Executive Officer of Pharmedium Healthcare Corporation, Executive Vice President, Strategy and Managed Care of CVS Health Corporation and a Senior Partner, Private Equity Practice Group Leader and member of the Management Committee of King & Spalding LLP, an international law firm. He also has worked as an advisor to and co-investor with a number of leading venture capital and private equity firms and has served on numerous boards of directors.
Bill is an avid sportsman with large real estate holdings in Tennessee, Georgia and Colorado, where he spends a significant amount of time pursuing his passion for hunting and management of wildlife habitat, as well as hiking and winter sports. He graduated with honors in economics from Dartmouth College in 1981 and received his juris doctorate degree, summa cum laude, from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 1984 and clerked for the Honorable Ellsworth A. Van Graafeiland on the United States Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York following graduation from law school.
William D. Spalding II
William’s passion has always been about living and pursuing every experience in the outdoors to its fullest. He has trekked on almost every continent across the globe. With many trophies that have met the criteria for inclusion in the Rowland Ward and Boone Crockett record books, he lives and dreams the pursuit of wildlife. If he is not hunting then he is hiking up some mountain with his skis on his back or chasing down his kids to keep them out of trouble.
Professionally, he has served in many leadership roles over the course of his career. Most recently, he ran strategic operations for the Ambulatory Group for Lifepoint Health that spans 2600+ providers and 70+ hospitals across the nation. He has served on several Board of Directors and/or Trustees within Lifepoint Health’s population health organization, AdvantagePoint Health. Prior to Lifepoint Health, he ran a very large multi-specialty group of providers and cancer treatment centers across North Carolina. He graduated magna cum laude from The Citadel in 2009 in business administration and received his master’s in business administration at Vanderbilt University in 2013.
Cindy Holker
As an executive with over 25 years leading complex, multi-channel retail businesses, Cindy leverages deep industry expertise, with a focus on helping organizations craft and implement strategies driving growth by establishing competitive advantage within the rapidly evolving retail model. Cindy has served in senior executive positions in retail with Target Corporation, e-commerce and customer experience with Best Buy and led the Direct to Consumer Business for Allen Edmonds Corporation. She currently chairs the national Outward Bound Services Board, and serves on the Boards of Directors for Minnesota’s Voyageur Outward Bound School and Fraser, the largest provider of autism and early childhood mental health services in Minnesota.
Cindy is an avid outdoors person, running, biking and hiking whenever time permits. You can find her at her happiest when cross country skiing at the family cabin near the Boundary Waters Canoe Area in northern Minnesota. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with an accounting degree and CPA, and received her Master’s in Public Affairs from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota.
